Key Attractions of the Tour

Dark Hedges

The Dark Hedges makes up an avenue of beech trees situated between Armoy and Stranocum in County Antrim. Forming an atmospheric tunnel, the trees have even been used as a location in Game of Thrones, making it a must see tourist attraction.

The Stormlands

Situated on the continent of Westeros, visiting the fictional location of The Stormlands is a must if for any GoT fan.  As a key area in a number of important storylines within the series, you can take in The Iron Islands and Slavers Bay in Essos.

Balintoy Harbour

If Balintoy Harbour looks familiar, that’ll be because the harbour location has been used for a number of exterior shots, including Pyke and Iron Islands. The best known scene of this area is when Theon Greyjoy first arrives back in the Iron Island, and where he also meets his sister Yara.

This is the stronghold of the House Greyjoy and a definite must visit location for any fan. The actual castle used is the medieval ruins of Dunluce Castle that is perched high up on the rocky cliffs.
